Daily meals can be a hassle for anyone. Let us take the burden off of you. For our in-home personal chef and meal prep services in Los Angeles, we usually have a cook day scheduled once per week with our clients. On that day we cook anywhere between 3 and 6 entrees depending on what you need. We grocery shop, arrive at your home, cook everything, package and label the entrees, and clean up, leaving you with a refrigerator full of delicious food and a spotless kitchen.
After your free consultation where you express your food preferences, dietary specifications and goals, we will:
- Plan a custom menu for your approval.
- Shop for fresh high-quality ingredients from local markets and specialty stores.
- Cook your dishes in your home.
- Package and label each dish with detailed reheating and serving instructions.
- Clean up. You will come home to enjoy a spotless kitchen and enjoy your food.
