On that day we cook anywhere between 3 and 6 entrees depending on what you need. We grocery shop, arrive at your home, cook everything, package and label the entrees, and clean up, leaving you with a refrigerator full of delicious food and a spotless kitchen.

After your free consultation where you express your food preferences, dietary specifications and goals, we will:

  • Firstly, plan a custom menu for your approval.
  • Secondly, shop for fresh high-quality ingredients from local markets and specialty stores.
  • Thirdly, cook your dishes in your home.
  • And then, package and label each dish with detailed reheating and serving instructions.
  • Finally, clean up. You will come home to enjoy a spotless kitchen and enjoy your food.
